Description:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Determine tenants’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible tenants
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements )
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with affiliates, escrow companies, and other companies
- Develop networks and cooperate with companies from all industries
- Promote sales through advertisements, phone calls and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Skill required in Candidate:
- manage time and schedules, making sure they are actively engaging with potential clients to develop business opportunities and to inform them about
- Agents will work directly with potential Listening to their needs and communicating effectively and pleasantly is a needed skill.
- Should be able to convince landlords to join management portfolio and rent properties at the right price and use persuasion to close deals.
- The ideal candidate should have a fair understanding of the rules and regulations of real estate industry in Oman.
- Should be able to quickly find answers to tenants queries and
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferred in Real estate
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
