Key Responsibilities:
● Understand and implement your quarterly/ yearly business plan in coordination with the line Manager, setting monthly targets for revenues and expectations for PnL control.
● Lead on sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
● Secure sales deals for both wholesale and retail customers, including indoor and outdoor sales channels.
● Conduct continuous market studies to analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
● Generate revenue through effective sales strategies and customer acquisition.
● Oversee after-sales and customer service efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, from the initial to the conclusion of the deal and the delivery of the products.
● Develop and maintain sales partnerships to expand the company's market reach and maximize sales opportunities.
● Report to line Manager on all activity, and align periodically as requested on the industry general performance, PnL, occupancy rate, and other rising issues
● Responsible for client satisfaction and retention, by ensuring a healthy community culture, ensuring resolution of any rising client matters, and ensuring healthy upselling efforts throughout
● Other duties as assigned or may be required in the future.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Business, Communications, or any related field.
● In-depth understanding of fabrics and furniture materials, styles, and trends.
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar industry.
● Ability to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
● Ability to negotiate deals and contracts to secure profitable sales.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Passion for furniture and interior design.
