Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for respective regions and territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Create, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
- Set activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
- Uphold sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Manage customer relationship management and increase customer satisfaction levels.
- Spot market opportunities for new customers.
- Network with Senior Management to generate new business for the company.
- Act as spokesperson and figurehead to promote Wellube Systems’ capability.
- Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Submit monthly reports on sales performance against budget and report on variances.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Manage strategic and day-to-day management of customers.
- Suggest business improvements and achieve aggressive targets.
- Participate in proposal generation.
- Consult/investigate business opportunities with a range of customer contacts.
