Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of medical equipment and devices, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. The role requires a strong understanding of medical products, the ability to manage key accounts, and a track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase revenue within the medical equipment division.
- Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals, to promote and sell medical equipment and devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals to ensure proper understanding and usage of equipment.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products or services.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with resolving any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory standards and industry developments affecting medical equipment sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering,
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales within the medical equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and devices, including technical specifications and healthcare applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance related to medical equipment sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred:
- Experience working with large hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions.
- Previous experience in sales of diagnostic, therapeutic, or surgical equipment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
