Currently, we are looking for candidates for the following position:

Sales Manager to cover Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Cyprus, Malta) specializing in pool water treatment chemicals.

This individual will report directly to the Sales Director, Commercial Pools EMEA

Contract type: full time, permanent

Location: Remote in EMEA

Duties & Responsibilities

This individual will be based in Southern Europe and work in line with the commercial growth road map.

They will maintain and develop the commercial Pool Business, ensuring double-digit annual sales growth year on year in the commercial pool water treatment market segment with local distribution support in assigned territories.

The person in this role will:

· Work with existing distributor sales teams to form joint business plans to meet the required sales growth for pool solutions within Southern Europe.

· Work independently using expert sales and application knowledge to develop and increase pool solutions Southern European market share.

· Identify and implement business development projects utilising strong technical sales skills in the commercial water treatment sector throughout the territory.

The Individual

· A degree in Chemistry, Water, Biochemistry or Engineering or equivalent industry experience

· Relevant experience in achieving significant sales growth

· Water/Pool chemical experience & knowledge

· Excellent business development skills and strategic mindset

· Strong communication skills and customer focus

· Fluency in English and Spanish or Italian

· Eligibility to work in a European country

· Valid passport and driving license
