Description:

We are actively seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager specializing in Cyber Security Products to lead our sales initiatives in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our cyber security solutions, building and managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and executing effective sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on cyber security trends in the Qatari market.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research in Qatar to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the field of cyber security products.
  • Analyze customer needs and emerging security threats to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in potential client organizations in Qatar.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Qatar to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of cyber security product offerings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies in Qatar to achieve and exceed revenue targets for cyber security products.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate communication of product features and benefits.
  • Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive team success.
  • Industry Networking:

  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows in Qatar to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts in Qatar to stay informed about cyber security trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales of cyber security products and solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of cyber security threats, technologies, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in Qatar.
  • Ability to travel within Qatar as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
