-Proposal Excellence: Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and highlight our commitment to client success.

-Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular insights and forecasts to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of service delivery and enhance overall client satisfaction.

-Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies, implementing best practices to optimize performance.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

-Proven track record (5+ years) in sales management within the facility management industry or a related field.

-Deep understanding of facility management services, trends, and customer needs.

-Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships.

-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite; experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
