Job Role Overview
- Merchandise in all ACCBC locations
- Record and maintain the stock levels
- Price tagging compliant with ACCBC’s price segmentations
- Maintain Shelf/Cooler and product hygiene
- Identify and report concerns/feedback
Your Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Merchandise store shelving, coolers and high visibility displays for the ACCBC’s range of products
- Adhere to planogram and category flow
- Arrange for the most effective display and exposure of Point of Sale (POS) material
- Examine the expiry date of products daily and place products nearing expiry in front of the shelf or on promotional displays
- Ensure effective stock rotation by employing First in First Out (FIFO) principle.
- Identify, monitor and report back stock inventory levels and decrease out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure price tagging is in line with ACCBC’s approved price segmentations.
- Ensure company coolers and/or fridges are used for ACCBC’s products only.
- Price label should be reflected on shelf, displays and coolers at all times.
- Shelf/Cooler and product hygiene should be a daily routine ensuring area is clean at all times
- Identify and report any changes/variations in stock level to Sales Supervisor
- No damaged or expired product should be available on the shopping floor
- Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
