Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the HORECA market.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
- Conduct regular client visits to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions to support client understanding and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute sector-specific promotional campaigns.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand market presence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven success in a sales role, ideally within the food and beverage or HORECA sector.
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the HORECA market and current industry trends.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.
- Comfortable adapting to dynamic market conditions and evolving client needs.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
