Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets for ELV and security solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our ELV and security systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure an accurate understanding of client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the ELV and security industry.
- Strong understanding of ELV systems, security technologies, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
