Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and resolving complaints or issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the sales team in meeting targets by generating leads and upselling services when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Translate and localize communication materials for Arabic-speaking customers.

Qualifications:

  • BA graduate with Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a sales-related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
