RESPONSIBILITIES

• opening the store on the time and informing the direct manager in sufficient time in case that impedes that in order to provide an alternative.

• Entering the show in full and decent attire.

• Follow up on the cleanliness of the branch entrance and ensure the cleanliness of the facade and the integrity of the signboard.

• Attendance registration by fingerprint.

• Review the e-mail and work on the instructions received.

• Review the notes/recommendations from the previous shift employee and take the necessary action.

• Ensure that the store opened and lit in preparation for receiving customers immediately after entering the exhibition.

• Apply customer experience processes inside the showroom and ensure that they are applied in accordance with the guidelines:

o Receiving and welcoming customers.

o Asking questions to understand needs.

o Explaining products and telling stories.

o Link products to increase sales.

o Last impression and customer thanks.

• Follow-up customer service and provide solutions to complaints, if any, on an ongoing basis to satisfy customers.

• Communicate effectively with the direct manager to solve problems related to sales or operation to ensure that the target and performance measurement indicators are achieved.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and deal with professionalism and respect.

• Writing notes/recommendations at the end of shift for your next colleague, if any, for example: "a sudden shortage of products - the expiration of a government certificate - a government visit - etc..).

• Maintain products and properties.

• Work to increase the exhibition's sales and achieve the highest sales growth compared to the specified target.

• Managing the issuance of entry and exit permits for products from the administration of the complexes in which the shops are located.

• Applying standards for displaying and arranging products and accessories according to directed circulars.

• Performing branch cleaning work on a daily basis. (Incense burners - shelves - counters - warehouse, etc.).

• Follow the instructions for the correct arrangement of products in the warehouse of the branch.

• Follow methods of displaying or storing products in the designated place to avoid leakage.

• Ensure product quantities and refill supply bottles.

• Reviewing items not included in the automated ordering system and requesting the need.

• Request from the direct manager in the event of a sudden shortage in the items listed in the automated system.

• Receiving the products received from the warehouse to the branch and verifying the origin of the bond before receiving it on the system.

• Refer to the direct manager and the warehouse keeper in case of damage and replacement, if any.

• Print the Z report.

• Deliver invoices and reports to the supervisor.

• Checking the financial trust in the drawer for 500 riyals and informing the direct manager in case of deficiency.

 

COMPETENCEIS REQUIREMENTS:

• Good understanding of the retail process.

• Proficiency in working on POS devices.

• Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Practical experience in a retail store salesman position or working in sales

• Qatar resident.

• High School.
