JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or its equivalent
• Certification in FG modules.
• 4-8 years of progressive Fieldglass experience including Contingent work force module, work profile, services
• Hands-on experience in implementing and completion of at least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementations of Fieldglass from planning and configuration to go live and post go live support.
• Lead and experience in coordinating with stakeholders, gathering business requirements and translating them to system setup.
• Experience in managing integration between Fieldglass and other enterprise software such as SAP SFSF, SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, SAP LMS)
• Lead and demonstrate experience in process optimization analyzing existing process and identifying opportunities for optimization using Fieldglass functionalities and designing solution to have scalability for future needs.
• Experience in vendor management process and practical knowledge in managing and collaborating with external vendors/suppliers including performance monitoring and reflecting this in the system with proper controls.
• Understand data security and practices related to contingent workforce management,recommending solutions to govern data sensitivity.
• Experience in system upgrades and ability to oversee system enhancements and new feature rollouts.
