Description:
Our client is currently going through a global SAP implementation and is looking to bring on an SAP Rollout Specialist who will provide support and guidance for the ongoing rollout of SAP across the wider company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and resolve issues related to support or project development.
- Monitor and maintain those configuration and customization settings that are the basis for the global design.
- Provide consultation to program development resources regarding program development and corrections.
- Testing of problem corrections and enhancements.
- Implement configuration updates or changes via the change management process.
- Provide end-user support for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor SAP Activate methodology including documentation and stewardship.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinating applications and system changes.
- Coordinating annual Disaster Recovery Testing, SAP Support Pack Upgrade testing, or other SAP Patch-related testing.
- Acting as the focal point of contact for annual Intrusion Testing and Stress Testing.
- Day-to-day support of critical threat issues.
- Use standard change management tools to move application changes through a multi-tiered environment.
- Facilitate incident resolution, and work with tech Ops teams to restore service to SAP systems resulting from unplanned outages.
