Position: SAP Sr. Consultant – Cloud Solutions (SF, Fieldglass)

Job Purpose:

As a SAP Sr. Consultant – Cloud Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Fieldglass modules. Your expertise will drive the success of the following key areas:

• Worker Profile Management
• Service Procurement
• Contingent Workforce Management

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate with our project team to independently perform configuration, testing, and training for the specified modules. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Mastering FG configurations and integrations for SAP Fieldglass modules (Worker Profile Management, Service Procurement, Contingent Workforce Management).
• Providing detailed IT technical expertise to support business functions and address day-to-day issues.
• Identifying, assessing, and offering viable solutions to complex problems or business scenarios.
• Defining, documenting, and executing small-scale projects, actively participating in all project phases.
• Managing risks and issues that could impact project success.
• Engaging with stakeholders, effectively presenting issues and solutions in meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Documenting work in accordance with required standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supporting FG integration requirements with SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and SAP ECC.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of progressive Fieldglass experience.
• Successful completion of at least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementations.
• SAP certified application – Associate, preferably professional level.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (HR, FI, and MM), as well as SuccessFactors.
