Description:

Review Implementation: Assess the current status of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including configuration, integration, and user adoption.

Configuration: Able to configure Employee Central core modules independently and should possess end-to-end core EC knowledge at an expert level.

Transport center: Expertise in data migration activities between different tenants of SAP SuccessFactors.

Data Validation: Expertise in data migration and data replication, including troubleshooting issues between S4 and EC systems.

Impact: Clear understanding of impact of Employee central on existing live modules of SAP SF.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the existing setup and propose actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand their needs and ensure alignment with SuccessFactors capabilities.

Documentation: Review and update documentation related to the implementation process, including user guides, training materials, and configuration records.

Training & Support: Provide training sessions and support to end-users and project team members to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of SuccessFactors.

Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to the SuccessFactors system during the consulting period.

Best Practices: Provide guidance on industry best practices for SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and optimization.

Education Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelors degree in human resources or an equivalent master's degree

Required Professional Qualification / Skills:

  • Professional certified in Employee Central.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including consulting experience.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certified with up-to-date deltas. Experience in multiple full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations in middle east regions.
  • Must have completed at least five end-to-end implementations.
  • Excellent understanding of the Employee Life Cycle Management process in global organizations.
  • Define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and the standard SuccessFactors Employee Central solution.
  • Expertise in providing consulting services to global organizations in HCM best practices and assisting clients in migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions and should have knowledge in HR-S4.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for the SuccessFactors Employee Management solution in compliance with best practices.
  • Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Position Management, Custom Email Notifications, Complex business rules, HRIS - Sync, Data Imports, Data Validation, Automation of Pay components, Integration centre & Intelligent services, Benefits, Document Generations, Attachment imports, RBP and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with all data models and excellent knowledge of XML.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to be on-site in Qatar for the duration of the engagement.
