Description:

Manage SCCM for Ministry and Schools, L2 Saaed support for Schools, Software Center, Patching all MOEHE computers & servers, Deploy MOEHE Image on computers, Manage all Distribution Point Servers in Ministry and Schools

§ Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.

§ Document end user support, network security, and server maintenance procedures for the maintenance of stable network operations and secure network environments.

§ Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to systems, services, and associated server hardware and operating systems, network devices (WAPs, switches…etc.), CIFS shares, Active Directory user accounts and group permissions.

§ Proactively review and monitor system logs identifying potential hardware/software issues and/or security violations.

§ Perform operating system and/or hardware upgrades as required, following IT Department change management processes.

§ Participate in the identification and testing of new solutions and services, following IT Department testing guidelines, industry standards, and best practices.

§ Maintain vendors, support agreements, licensing, and performs security audits as identified.

§ Develop and manage systems level requirements, develop operational systems concepts, originating design concepts or performing systems level integration and test for highly complex systems.
