We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on uncovering new business opportunities within the EMEA market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with high-potential prospects and set up qualified meetings for our sales team by generating interest in Frigga Tech’s solutions.

 

Role Overview:

 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Frigga Tech, you'll play a critical role in developing and managing high-volume prospecting efforts. You will:

 

  • Generate Qualified Opportunities: Use a combination of outbound strategies to develop and manage high-volume prospecting efforts. Qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels, conduct discovery with prospective buyers, and schedule meetings for account executives.
  • Account Research: Research key accounts within our ideal customer profile to understand their current initiatives, plans, and challenges. Utilize this research to build meaningful relationships with prospective customers.
  • Personalized Messaging: Craft personalized and account-based messaging delivered via phone, email, social media, video, and other channels to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Reach out to leaders within supply chain and logistics teams to discuss their current projects and roadmaps.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule qualified appointments with key decision-makers within targeted companies to further discuss how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to develop strategic prospecting approaches, account-based selling strategies, and campaign synergy.
  • Tool Utilization: Use relevant sales and CRM tools to conduct outreach, manage activities, and track progress.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree with experience in data research and lead list creation.
  • Sales Skills: B2B Sales experience. Strong hunter mentality with experience in cold calling and making outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one other major European language. Fluency in Dutch, German; French or Spanish is a big plus.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in an environment where change is constant.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communicator with experience in cold calling and outbound outreach.
  • Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a focus on collaboration.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
  • Bonus: Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Cold Chain is a plus but not mandatory.
