Job Title: Secondary Math’s Teacher (GCSE and A-Level)

Reporting to: Principal

Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Math’s Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience teaching iGCSE and iA-Level Math’s to students with varying levels of ability. They will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress and providing individual support where necessary.

Role

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to iGCSE and iA-Level students.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students, ensuring that lessons are challenging and appropriately differentiated.
  • Create and implement assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing feedback on student performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide individual support and guidance to students as required, working collaboratively with other members of the teaching team and parents/guardians to ensure that students achieve their potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement, using this information to inform future planning and target-setting.
  • Participate in regular meetings with other members of the Maths department to share good practice and discuss student progress.
  • Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extra-curricular activities and supporting school events.
  • Keep up-to-date with current educational research and developments, ensuring that teaching practice is informed by the latest pedagogical approaches.

Package

Annual package starting from $50,000.00 inclusive of:

In addition, the school will provide:
