Description:
As a Senior Crisis Management Officer, you will support the Crisis Management Head in ensuring that the strategic function of incident management is effectively managed, developed, and deployed throughout the client. This role is crucial in aiding the company's ability to strategically respond and recover in the event of an incident or event.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and maintain client Crisis Management readiness, response, and recovery policies and procedures.
- Ensure all assigned asset and project Emergency Response Plans are in line with the client strategic crisis management guidance and updated.
- Plan and coordinate the Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 crisis management exercise program, ensuring resource coordination for successful delivery.
- Validate asset Tier-1 and Tier-2 crisis management exercises, submitting detailed reports for resource coordination to ensure program success.
- Provide operational strategic guidance to the clients Asset Response teams during disruptive incidents.
- Manage final submissions of reports on completed exercises, analyzing recurring critical and non-critical action items to reduce operational risk.
- Deliver the weekly Duty Response Manager (DRM) program, ensuring readiness to activate the clients Incident Management and Crisis Management Teams.
- Ensure operational readiness of Incident Command Centres and Incident Management Centres for Tier-2 and Tier-3 incidents, addressing issues/gaps from scheduled inspections.
- Support the operational functionality of the Emergency Notification System during incidents.
- Develop and facilitate accredited Incident Command System (ICS) training, monitoring performance efficiency and identifying skill gaps.
