Description:
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to set strategic directions, establish company policies, and handle a large team while ensuring HR operations run efficiently across different business units.
1 Your core responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s vision and growth plans
- Oversee the full HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement,
and learning and development
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment standards, and industry regulations across all regions of
operations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Manage compensation and benefits frameworks to attract and retain top talent
- Lead the digital transformation of HR systems, HRIS to improve efficiency
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective performance management systems
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on workforce planning and succession planning
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives
2 Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s Degree/ MBA or Organizational Development would be an added advantage
Certifications:
- Senior- level HR Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD Level 7
- DEI certifications: Certified Diversity Executive - CDE
- Additional certifications in HR technology would be an added advantage
3 Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience including in a managerial role,
- Proven track record in leading HR teams across multiple functions in large or multinational companies
- Hands-on experience in change management, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Experience with cross-border HR operations and compliance in multinational settings
