Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand maintenance related business requirements.
- Analyze the existing processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
- Design and propose SAP based solutions that align with maintenance best practices and industry standards.
- Plan and Execute SAP system implementations, enhancements, and Upgrades with collaboration of cross-functional teams during the implementation process to ensure smooth Integration.
- Oversee the management of master data and support the Process and Asset team.
- Provide training and support to end users, including Maintenance Teams on SAP related functionalities and best practices.
- Create comprehensive documentation including user training and system blueprint etc.
- Manage the setting up, maintenance and support of all asset management solutions within Operations Group via SAP PM, Meridium APM, and other software to support maintenance.
- Conduct the evaluation and selection of new SAP related applications for Maintenance department in coordination with IT and other departments as needed.
- Contribute to Company and affiliates Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity philosophies and best practices, and act as a change agent in creating awareness of and engraining continuous improvement culture.
- Ensure SAP related changes requests are tested and implemented in SAP successfully.
- Manage SAP PM Roles (Creation, Adjustments, Testing), & Perform Annual SAP Access and Role Review.
- Liaise with IT Team for supporting ongoing SAP Issues resolution e.g., troubleshooting to ensure system efficiencies.
- Develop high complex analytical reports, benchmarking exercises to maintenance senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering science or equivalent.
Knowledge and or experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’s experience in Oil & Gas industry or petrochemical industry.
