Senior Project Engineer

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and completion
✅ Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery and budget control
✅ Manage risks, deviations, and mitigation strategies
✅ Track project progress and generate reports for stakeholders
✅ Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards
✅ Optimize manpower and resources for workload balance
🔹 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔️ 8–12 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation projects (Oil & Gas)
✔️ Bachelor's in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering (MBA is a plus)
✔️ Proficient in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project)
✔️ Strong leadership, budgeting, and analytical skills
✔️ UPDA certification (advantageous)
