Senior Quantity Surveyor

 

Description:

As a QS Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying including cost planning, contract administration, and commercial management. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the financial viability and success of our construction projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quantity surveying team and manage all QS activities.
  • Conduct cost planning, analysis, and budgeting for construction projects.
  • Manage contract negotiations and handle commercial disputes.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Ensure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible.
  • Resolve any disputes that arise and provide advice on contractual claims.
  • Assess and certify contractors’ payment applications.

 

Qualification & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

 

Requirements

  • Eligibility for a Saudi Arabia work visa.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for the job duration or permanently.
