Description:
As a QS Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying including cost planning, contract administration, and commercial management. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the financial viability and success of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the quantity surveying team and manage all QS activities.
- Conduct cost planning, analysis, and budgeting for construction projects.
- Manage contract negotiations and handle commercial disputes.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Ensure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible.
- Resolve any disputes that arise and provide advice on contractual claims.
- Assess and certify contractors’ payment applications.
Qualification & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Requirements

- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for the job duration or permanently.
