Nair Systems is currently looking Senior SAP Business Objects Specialist for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Data Services, Business Objects, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking modules and tables architecture
- Proven track record of managing and delivering application projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- SAP certification in Data Services or Business Objects is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms and integration tools.
- Familiarity with BI visualization tools such as Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skills in design, development, and implementation of SAP Data Services and Business Objects reports to meet business requirements.
- Develop new reports using SAP systems to meet the requirements using WEBi Technology, universes and ETL Data Services
- Architect and develop new ETL Jobs, Universes in SAP application
- Customize the current ETL and reports to meet any changes from the business users
- maintain and develop the integration and extraction layer for SAP, T24
- Administrate and monitor the availability and performance of the database related to the applications including health check and conduct the best practice of SQL maintenance jobs
- Knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking modules and tables architecture
- Manage end-to-end application projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts to support data migration and integration.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption.
- Design and implement data quality processes, data profiling, and cleansing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and data security standards.
