Description:
This is a fully remote role, we are looking to balance out our team’s working hours by hiring in GMT time zones as the current team sits across ET & PT time zones.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage overall health and growth channel strategy and day-to-day content creation and curation and community engagement across Deel’s Instagram, TikTok & YouTube channels primarily
- Manage monitoring and reporting on channel & individual campaign performance on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis to track success and pull insights to inform future campaigns
- Work with key cross-functional partners (brand, comms and product, lifecycle and regional marketing) to build social strategies that support business priorities for product launches and announcements, lead the social strategy and content production for social-first tactics
- Solid understanding of creators, and the HR/Business Leadership/Payroll Creator network, with experience managing creator partnerships/building influencer campaigns
- Stay on top of cultural & design trends and write briefs to bring content ideas/series to life with our in-house creative partners, managing the creative feedback/editing process with internal and external creative stakeholders to create best-in-class social content
- Be able to lightly edit video and still social content for quick-turn, reactive social content (in-app editing tools, CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, or other editing tools of your choice)
- Write social copy for brand and executive social posts
- Understanding of TikTok trends, audio, and intro clips optimized for engagement, knowledge of video formats that will perform well on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
