Senior Software Test Engineer

Description:

Review user stories and backlog items and provide feedback and acceptance criteria

Support development team in gathering test data and test scenarios

Ensure 100% of test artefacts are peer reviewed and ensures effective coverage thru approval from Product Owner

Work as agile team member and act as autonomous tester and report quality statistics periodically

Must have good communication skills and must collaborate with other agile teams and product owner(s) to manage testing cycles & ensure timely closure of defects reported.

Conduct root cause analysis of reported incidents

Experience in cross browser testing, web, mobile based application testing.

Should hold responsibility of the product quality & must be able to put extra effort based on the project needs

Must process Contact Centre domain and process knowledge.

Experience : Minimum 8 years relevant experience in which minimum 2 years in a lead role managing teams.
