Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Requirement: Periodic travel to customer locations, including extended stays (up to 3 months) and travel to KSA.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and resolve inquiries related to telecom network monitoring tools.
- Deployment Assistance: Guide and support customers during the deployment of telecom solutions.
- Product Training: Deliver training sessions to help customers utilize tools effectively.
- Customer Relationship: Foster strong, clear communication and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Travel and On-Site Support: Travel to customer sites, including extended stays (up to 3 months) based on project requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in telecom engineering .
- Fluency in Arabic and English .
- Technical Knowledge: Strong telecom background with expertise in network monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Customer Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for addressing customer needs effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient issue resolution skills.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and stay on-site as needed.
Additional Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for managing and deploying containerized applications.
- Experience with telecom monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and LGTM stack, ensuring effective network performance diagnostics.
