Description:
SITE SUPERVISOR
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Building).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role within construction or engineering.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, safety protocols, and troubleshooting methods. • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management, subcontractor coordination, and handling multi-disciplinary teams.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English; strong communication skills. Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and PDAs; familiarity with reporting software is an advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to multitask, handle high-pressure environments, and prioritize effectively.
