Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic digital media friendly individual to be a part of our growing Social Media Account Management team. The ideal candidate must have strong writing and communication skills, extensive knowledge about the different social media platforms, experience managing digital media channels, experience with increasing online engagement/sales, marketing research skills, sales outreach experience, and client management experience.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to implement their strategies in the real world and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing social media marketing tools to create and administer the client’s social media presence.
• Develop marketing campaigns via social media by coordinating with the client and the creative team.
• Studying the client’s digital marketing plan and applying social media strategy in accordance with the plan.
• Improvising strategies by making recommendations to clients for improvements.
• Exploring social media trends and informing the creative team of changes that are relevant to the cleint’s marketing strategies.
• Setting KPIs for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
• Suggest recommendations to the client based on the campaign's performance data.

Skills required:

• College Diploma or University degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Media, or Communications
• Social Media Content Writing Experience, bilingual is preferred (Arabic/English).
• Strong Communication Skills
• Experience with Social Media Platform Management
