Social Media Executive

 

Description:

The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing social channels and content, including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social channels. This includes interacting with followers, responding to comments and questions, responding to customer feedback and complaints, creating content calendars for each channel with relevant topics and events, as well as monitoring and analyzing analytics for each channel.

Responsibilities:

-Manage all social channels by responding to followers' comments and questions, monitoring analytics for engagement rates

-Create content calendars for each channel with relevant topics and events

-Create content that is engaging and relevant to the audience of each channel

-Monitor competition's social media channels

-Regularly capture and report relevant performance metrics for consumer campaigns (such as likes, engagements, etc. as well as traffic conversions); Analyze data from past campaigns and posts to advise and create future content that we know works

-Create paid social campaign reports and set creative testing to track campaign performance weekly/monthly.

-Constantly develop and push boundaries of social media as they develop and change, including adoption of Insta Stories, Facebook Live, and other technologies as they become available to encourage engagement and growth of accounts
