Job Responsibilities:

👉🏽Identify and engage potential customers through social media channels.

👉🏽Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads generated through social media and online marketing campaigns.

👉🏽Convert social media leads into sales by effectively pitching our IT solutions.

👉🏽Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

👉🏽Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

👉🏽Provide customer support and answer queries related to our products and services.

Requirements:

👉🏽Proven experience in sales, customer service, or social media marketing.

👉🏽Strong communication and persuasion skills.

👉🏽Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and English.

👉🏽Ability to handle multiple social media platforms and CRM tools.

👉🏽A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
