Social Media Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.

A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory, Arabic is plus.

Duties & Responsibility:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok)
• Define the most important social media KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams
• Liaise with graphic and video team and plan the social media contents
• Schedule and post social media contents
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Provide constructive feedback
