Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to build a positive online community.

 

Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts for optimal reach and engagement, using scheduling tools.

 

Social Media Advertising: Run paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a broader audience and achieve specific marketing objectives.

 

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, track engagement, and provide regular reports on social media performance. Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the strategy.

 

Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive online presence.

 

Crisis Management: Handle social media crises or negative comments in a professional and timely manner.

 

Compliance: Stay updated on platform policies and ensure all content and practices comply with social media regulations and guidelines.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their best practices, and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing content.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
