Responsibilities:
- Create compelling bids for software/IT related RFPs.
- Understand user requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
- Act as the single source of truth for client projects, ensuring clarity and effective communication.
- Oversee task completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards in project delivery.
- Stay abreast of the latest software and technology trends.
- Apply strong business acumen to develop and negotiate pricing strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry or a related field.
- Proficient in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Business acumen and a keen pricing sense.
- Experience with project management tools (GitLab, Jira, etc).
- Strong technical skills in software engineering (programming languages, methodologies, testing) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
