Description:

The Role:

• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to develop/configure parallel power plant control and energy automation control solutions to support the timely delivery of custom orders.
• Directly participate with customer in the final remote commissioning and testing of these systems for customer acceptance through customer interaction.
• Provide direct feedback to product development to steer our technical course to support upcoming trends and technologies to ensure our platforms remain supportable.
• Document new features and configuration requirements to enable product support for our sales and operations teams.
• Work directly with customers on product design, delivery, and success.
• Work with sales team to structure product offerings

The Qualifications:

• Required - Proficient communicator via phone, TXT, and email.
• Required - Creating technical documents using MS Office (or equivalent) software products.
• Required – Demonstratable experience implementing control systems using PLCs, RTAC, RTU, embedded controller, Ardunio, Raspberry PI, and other embedded controller hardware-software solutions.
• Strongly Preferred – IEC 61131-3 Programming in Structured Text, Continuous Function Chart, and Ladder Logic
• Strongly Preferred – SEL RTAC programming experience.
• Strongly Preferred – Python programming experience.
