Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Engineer to join our app development team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing, designing, developing, and testing our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and manage the software projects.

• Plan and architect the development of applications.

• Ensure the smooth running of the software.

• Ensure quality of the software and delivery time.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve business and project objectives.

• Set standards for clean and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.

• Identify and help fix performance bottlenecks across the whole stack.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of applications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience developing and delivering Flutter apps.

• Experience in Native app development (Kotlin, Swift).

• Experience in Database Design.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies.

• Experience in managing a team.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Familiarity using version control tools like git, etc.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Excellent problem solving skills.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related major
