Key Responsibilities:
- Working with product owners and stakeholders to translate their requirements into tangible value-added technological services and products.
- Ability to handle multiple teams from business to developers to technical to security effectively.
- Developed, defined, and launched mobile products, including mobile health text campaigns, mobile websites, and cross-platform products while working with cross-functional teams.
- Integrated research, market analysis, and user feedback to make product modifications that create more value for users.
- Worked with developers to build products to required specifications.
- Used design-thinking frameworks to determine new product features.
- Integrated the needs of the business into product plans.
- Continually researched new ideas and techniques that can be applied to improve traditional processes, as well as using design-thinking framework to develop innovative products.
- Managed large data migration from one vendor to another, including developing project roadmap, analyzing hosting requirements, UAT plan development and execution, reporting requirements, and development of business logic and program maps.
- Ability to handle and coordinate with local teams, virtual teams and subcontracting outsourcing individuals.

Skills , Qualifications and experience required:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college with 4 years of professional experience in the QA field
- OR An associate degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in the QA field
- OR 8 years of professional experience in the QA field
- Proven work experience in software development
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
