Solution Designer/solution Architect

Description:

Design including but not limited to following areas:

· Solution Architecture and Analysis Practice

· Telecom and IT Operating Model and Processes and Applications

· Business and Information Systems Architecture and Design

· Cloud solution , Hyrbid Integration

Good working knowledge and past experience on Software Development Lifecycle including Design Thinking and Agile Practices and Methodologies

Core Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal, leadership, managerial, team work, negotiation, logical analysis, stakeholder and risk management skills

· Excellent oral and written communications in English is a must, Arabic is considered a plus

· Good understanding on Information Technology, IT Systems, IT Solution Design Practices to fluently liaise between Business and Technology and effectively carry out Solution Design related work

· Good working knowledge and preferably certifications of one or more relevant Frameworks, Standards, Models and Practices related to Telecom Industry and Role, not limited to TOGAF, ITIL, PMP/ PMI/PRINCE2, SIG SIGMA, COBIT, SCRUM, SDLC, TM Forum, ETSI and 3GPP. IT Industrial Certifications or Post Graduation with specific focus on Practical deployments is considered a plus

· Ability to build capability on information systems design and lead teams to deliver results

· Ability to work well under pressure and to work both independently as well as with others

· Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environment and support to manage multiple parallel complex initiatives

· Ability to be structured, organized and have strong time-management skills with proven track record on delivering results

· Ability think out of the box, to Innovative and be creative thinker
