Sous Chef

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will be responsible for collaborating with the Executive Chef to manage kitchen staff, oversee food preparation, and ensure the kitchen meets sanitation standards. The Sous Chef will also coordinate with other departments to ensure that food is delivered to customers in a timely manner and maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and inventory control
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of local and international cuisine
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in Arabic is a plus
