As a New Business Manager with expertise in Industrial Markets and chemical disinfection, you'll play a crucial role in growing and diversifying our Chlorination Disinfection customer base across EMEA. You'll also manage and nurture our existing customer relationships.

 

In this role, you'll offer both internal and external consultations, developing and delivering technical solutions, product messaging, customer support, and training.

 

You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align our offerings with customer needs.

 

What will I be doing in this role?

 

  • Identify and develop new customers within the region through proactive prospecting and opportunity qualification.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to sales teams on customer-specific challenges.
  • Analyse growth opportunities and qualify sales leads.
  • Build relationships with potential customers at all decision-making levels.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Drive proactive account development and penetrate accounts across all levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and address customer needs.
  • Monitor and report progress towards achieving bookings and gross margin targets.
  • Ensure seamless transition of new accounts to Account Management or Project Management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support strategic account initiatives.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and coach on product value propositions.
  • Create technical materials and presentations for sales opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, workshops, and strategy planning sessions.
  • Coordinate with product management to align product requirements with system solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and target margins for new business.

 

We're ideally looking for:

 

  • Extensive knowledge of industrial water/wastewater treatment processes, ideally with a strong working understanding of water disinfection.
  • Track record in Industrial applications such as Food & Beverage, Aquaculture, Pharma, and heavy industry, Cooling towers.
  • Excellent communication, reasoning, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with strong coaching abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Experience in process design (conceptual engineering and design).
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience working with proposals departments.
  • Fluent in English is essential but other European languages would be considered a strong advantage!
