1. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist or similar role (preferred in a fast-paced environment).
2. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
3. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
4. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
