Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support for the design of the Career Development Framework for employees.
- Identify and confirm technical competencies within and across divisions, down to the departmental level.
- Develop descriptor statements for each competency across five proficiency levels: Awareness, Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and Authority.
- Assign relevant competencies to individual positions at appropriate proficiency levels required for future business needs.
- Profile employees against assigned competencies and proficiency standards.
- Identify development areas for current roles and create Development Plans.
- Identify requirements and opportunities for programmatic training delivery and aligned professional enhancement to support Development Plans.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Develop presentations and other required documents.
