Your Challenges
- Responsible for delivering the maritime system based on Styris OTOCOQ
- Define the scope in a clear and unambiguous way and manage the changes (clear change requests, proper change proposal with impact analysis)
- Structure the engineering work
- Plan the engineering work o Define and monitor the engineering risks and opportunities
- Monitor and control the engineering progress (time, cost and quality)
- Ensure that the commitments made during the bids are planned
- Responsible for the engineering reviews
- Carries out system studies and designs and organize the appropriate design reviews before launching any development (CDR)
- Structure the IVV work (Integration, Verification and Validation) in Elancourt and organize the appropriate test review (FAT)
- Structure the IVV work on site and organize the appropriate test review on site (SAT)
- Responsible for leading the engineering teams
