Technical Sales Engineer

Description:

Sales Application Engineer, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, will be responsible for supporting Electrical products and services sales to our customers. The Sales Application Engineer will be the first point to contact for customers contacting Electrical/Power projects to enquire about Electrical products and solutions/Services. The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for visiting client and Projects to generate new RFQs and follow up open sales opportunities to ensure these opportunities are converted to sales orders
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all inbound sales and technical support enquiries
Selling electrical products and services ( Electrical test equipment , equipment rental, electrical engineering services )

Create new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow ups
Introduce our company products and services and make daily sales visits and generate new inquiries
Customers Visits and Emails marketing campaigns
Sales Target achievement
Create quotations and technical proposals for customers and closing orders
Processing the orders and follow ups with vendors for deliveries
Sales reports on daily and weekly basis
Remain current on industry trends, product applications, market activities and competitive products
Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
Requirements :
A Bachelor of Electrical or technical diploma, has at least two years in electrical products sales preferably in the field of electrical engineering or Electronics } two -three years sales experience is preferred

Must possess Electrical background and the ability to discuss technical requirements with customers } Ability to multitask and change priorities to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations } Excellent written and communication skills } A strong drive to succeed is essential to this position } Proficient knowledge of PC applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ..
- Qatari Driving license
-minimum two years experience in sales and Electrical Technical Support
