Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team in overseeing the training and development programs for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concepts. The Training Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our staff is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service and uphold the standards of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all levels of staff within the QSR concepts, including onboarding, ongoing training, and upskilling initiatives.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps to tailor training programs accordingly.
- Create training materials, manuals, and modules to support effective training sessions and learning experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training aligns with organizational goals, brand standards, and operational requirements.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees to enhance their product knowledge, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve training outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to enhance their performance and ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Monitor and track training progress, certification, and compliance to meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Coordinate with external training providers and vendors to deliver specialized training programs as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies to incorporate into the training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role within the QSR or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of QSR operational procedures, customer service, and employee development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in utilizing various training methodologies, technologies, and learning management systems.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
