Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead our training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across various departments.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and effectively convey key concepts.
- Learning Management System (LMS):
- Oversee the management of the company's Learning Management System, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Track training progress, completion rates, and effectiveness using LMS data.
- Evaluation and Improvement:
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
- Analyze training evaluation data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in training and development.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and priorities.
- Work closely with trainers, instructors, and external training providers to deliver high-quality training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, with a strong background in instructional design and training delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and other training technology tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is preferred but not required.
