Turkish Head Chef / Executive Chef

 

Description:

Design and plan menus aligned with the restaurant's concept, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences.
Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and hygiene standards.
Oversee food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality standards and presentation requirements.
Maintain consistency in food quality and conduct regular taste tests.
Monitor kitchen expenses, track food costs, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
Develop and implement a culinary vision and strategy reflecting the brand and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Deep knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety standards, and best culinary practices.
A successful track record in menu development, kitchen management, and cost control.
