Ui/ux Graphic Designer

Description:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile banking or fintech experience.
• Proven experience designing mobile-first applications and crafting end-to-end user journeys for mobile banking products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Zeplin.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Axure or Framer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Experience working in the banking or financial technology sector, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) to ensure mobile apps are inclusive to all users.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly mobile banking interfaces that enhance the customer journey, from onboarding to transaction completion.
• Conduct user research and analyse data to understand user pain points, preferences, and behaviours, translating insights into effective design strategies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design flows to visualize and test concepts, iterating based on user feedback and testing.
• Work closely with product & project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Conduct usability testing on mobile banking interfaces and incorporate user feedback to refine designs and improve user experiences.
• Develop pixel-perfect visual designs that align with the company’s brand identity while ensuring accessibility, readability, and clarity.
• Ensure that designs are mobile-first, responsive, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes, delivering consistent experiences across platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying new methods to improve the quality and effectiveness of mobile banking interfaces.
