Description:
Key aspects of the role include:
- Oversee the entire video production process, from editing and reproduction ensuring high-quality and error-free results.
- Manage the business aspect of the work including administration & work schedules.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and addressing their concerns.
- Supervise the video production team, operation, and quality, and record all performed works and materials used.
- Conduct regular meetings with the videography team to discuss client briefs, evaluate their performance, motivate, and provide guidance.
- Make operational decisions related to video production, seeking approval from the GM on any decision related to financial implications or strategic customers.
- Provides inputs into the long-term strategic plans of the Videography production department by understanding the changes in the industry dynamics.
- Advising the GM on the required changes/improvements regarding market and client needs.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s/University Degree in Television Arts, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of remote broadcasting Industry.
- Strong understanding of technical knowledge of events production and methods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to make informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
